With the brutal PRT finally behind them, the contestants shift into full mission-training mode. Tactical intensity ramps up fast as UTM’s Tony Lambraia introduces force-on-force training ammunition described as “paintball on steroids,” preparing the team for the realities of close-quarters tactics and high-pressure scenarios.
As training escalates, the mission becomes deeply personal. Jeff Teigs leads the team through a knife-fighting course with Hinderer Knives, emphasizing the critical importance of the OODA Loop observe, orient, decide, act. And just as the contestants begin to find their rhythm, the episode closes with a chilling mission warning order that changes everything.

This season of Surviving Mann: All-Stars begins with a mission far bigger than the competition itself — the fight against human trafficking. But before the mission comes the pain.
At the legendary Summit Point Racing and Tactical Complex, Don Mann pushes contestants through relentless PT and brutal endurance challenges from the very start. Joining Don this season are Sheriff Mark Lamb, Dr. Jenn, retired Special Forces Lt. Colonel Jeff Tiegs of Skull Games, and firearms authority Tim Harmsen of the Military Arms Channel.

Facing a surge of hostile forces, the All-Stars must come together to secure their principal and ensure their safety at all costs. This morning, the All-Stars are pulled up by their bootstraps to compete for a chance to win The Golden Boy. Who will rise to the occasion in this Western-themed challenge and take home a piece of true American craftsmanship? Next, the training turns cerebral with the help of BlazePod. With mental fortitude playing a critical role in mission success, Don goes above and beyond to ensure the contestants are mentally—and physically—ready for battle. With a night of torture behind them and a morning packed with PT, the All-Stars set their sights on the mission ahead. When Don introduces a 200-meter shooting evolution using Ace Precision Firearms, the group is eager—though they didn’t expect an air mattress to be part of the equation.
Later, Nemo Arms ups the ante with a challenge featuring three of their firearms and a rugged desert terrain course of fire. Just as the contestants begin to wind down for the day, Olight steps in to illuminate the path to the next round of challenges.

The day kicks off with “The 1000-Yard Shot,” and the All-Stars are put to the test bright and early. Who will “make impact” and who will fall flat? Following the competition, Don receives a call from the CIA: the mission is officially greenlit, and it’s time for the All-Stars to kick things into high gear. This moment marks a pivotal shift in their training, with lives now hanging in the balance. After a crash course in the classroom, the All-Stars head to the field for what they think is a land navigation exercise… but things quickly spiral when a group of aggressive hostiles ambushes and captures the competitors for an intense hostage training scenario. The day starts off with some unique courses of fire that get the All Stars’ blood pumping. With the help of Rogue Ops, New Frontier Armory and Griffin Armament, the teams are outfitted with the most premiere artillery in the industry. Then, the All Stars get out of the heat and head indoors to do some CQC training with Surviving Mann alum, Randy Couture. If anyone thought it would be a break.. they were surely mistaken.
Catch Me If You Can

It’s a new day, which means Don takes the contestants' training to new heights..literally. But first, the All-Stars are split into teams for a searching mission, using Offgrid’s Faraday bags. Later, they’re introduced to the new ropes course, “The Odyssey”, to test their mental and physical fortitude, as well as their endurance, using a climbing wall. See who rises to the occasion and who suffers from “paralysis by over analysis” in this episode.
Special Ops Readying For Deployment

The CIA has called again, and Don has answered the call on behalf of the A-team. A team of special operatives are needed for a highly classified peace mission that could turn deadly at a moment's notice. To spearhead their mission training efforts, the team hits the range with some state-of-the-art SIRT pistols. Then, the gloves are off and the team get’s their first course of fire for the season. After the fun course of fire, the team switches gears to knife throwing and fire building, with the help of Tops Knives. It’s safe to say, these All-stars aren’t waisting a second.

With mission success hanging in the balance, the All Stars take their training up a notch, starting with a lesson in maritime navigation. From there, the contestants practice their tactical cast and turtleback swimming, but things take a turn when the contestants partake in a mile race against the current. Who will win and prove their water proficiency?

The All Stars must call upon all their training thus far to make it through this mission, when an unknown element threatens to jeopardize it and them.
