The Great American Giveaway Season 2 (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by American Stories Entertainment, Inc. (“Sponsor”).

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entrants must have internet access and a valid email address.

Void in New York and where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, prize providers, sponsors, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time on April 24th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on January 4, 2027 (“Giveaway Period”).

During the Giveaway Period, multiple prizes may be announced and awarded at various times.

Entry deadlines for specific prizes will be announced through Sponsor’s official websites, email communications, and/or official social media channels.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Giveaway by submitting their name and email address through the official Giveaway entry page during the Giveaway Period.

Upon submitting the entry form, participants will receive one (1) standard entry into the Giveaway.

Only one initial entry per person is permitted unless otherwise specified through bonus entry opportunities.

Incomplete or inaccurate entries may be disqualified.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries generated by automated means, scripts, bots, or other technical manipulation.

4. Bonus Entries

Entrants may have opportunities to earn additional entries through optional activities, including but not limited to:

• Referring friends
• Sharing Giveaway content on social media
• Following Sponsor’s social media channels
• Registering as a fan on AmericanStories.tv
• Participating in special promotions or challenges
• Engaging with Sponsor content such as watching clips or completing sponsor actions

Bonus entry opportunities and entry values may change throughout the Giveaway Period.

Participation in bonus entry opportunities is voluntary.

5A. Prizes

Prizes will be announced periodically throughout the Giveaway Period.

Prizes may include, but are not limited to:

• Outdoor gear and equipment
• Adventure experiences
• Travel opportunities
• Merchandise from Sponsor shows
• Sponsor-provided products or services
• Exclusive fan experiences
• Mystery prize bundles or “swag bags”

One featured prize bundle known as the America 250 Adventure Bundle will include a collection of outdoor gear and adventure-related prizes with an estimated value of $25,000 or more.

The total value of all prizes awarded during the Giveaway may exceed $25,000.

Prize details will be announced through Sponsor’s official website(s), email communications, and/or official social media platforms.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, substitute, add, or remove prizes at any time without notice.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless determined by Sponsor.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prizes.

Certain prizes may be provided by third-party sponsors or partners and may be subject to additional terms or eligibility requirements.

If a prize involves firearms, travel, or other regulated activities, winners must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

5B. Prize Substitutions

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any advertised prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sponsor changes, product availability, shipping issues, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control.

Sponsor also reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or change prize offerings during the Giveaway Period. Updated prize announcements may be made through Sponsor’s official websites, email communications, and/or official social media channels.

All prize details are determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected through random drawings from eligible entries.

Drawings may occur at various times throughout the Giveaway Period depending on the prize being awarded.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry.

Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification.

If a winner:

• does not respond within the required timeframe
• is found to be ineligible
• fails to complete required documentation

the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

7A. Winner Requirements

Potential winners may be required to complete and return documentation including:

• eligibility affidavit
• liability waiver
• publicity release
• W-9 Tax Form for prizes with a value exceeding $600

Failure to return required documentation within the requested timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7B. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize.

For prizes with a value of $600 or greater, winners will be required to complete and return a valid IRS Form W-9 and may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC for the value of the prize awarded, as required by law.

Failure to provide required tax documentation within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the prize, and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prize delivery until all required tax documentation has been received.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes permission for Sponsor and its partners to use the winner’s:

• name
• likeness
• photograph
• voice
• city and state of residence

for promotional and advertising purposes in any media without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason.

Sponsor may also update these Official Rules at any time.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• lost or delayed entries
• technical errors
• internet or server failures
• unauthorized human intervention
• incomplete transmissions
• typographical errors

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Giveaway process or violates these Official Rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its employees, affiliates, sponsors, and its partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• participation in the Giveaway
• acceptance or use of prizes
• technical or administrative errors

11. Privacy And Email Communications

Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to receive promotional emails, giveaway updates, prize announcements, and other communications from American Stories Entertainment, Inc.

Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in email communications.

Sponsor may share entrant information, including name and email address, with Giveaway partners, prize sponsors, or promotional partners for purposes including Giveaway administration, prize fulfillment, and promotional communications.
